Henry Walker , born on 30 August 1862,was the son of George William Prescott and Emma nee Walker. He had three older siblings and by the time he was seventeen his father and mother had divorced and he had taken his mother's name. He became a chartered accountant.
He married Emily Florence Hands on 6 June 1891 but she died after just five years of marriage. They had two sons. He married
Blanche Evelyn Jepson on 31 May 1898 at St John's Kenilworth; they lived at Castle Bromwich. (See
B9.2 Jepson for information on Blanche). Henry died on 7 December 1943 at the White Hart Hotel in Moreton-in -the-Marsh, though his address was The Hawthorns, Castle Bromwich. Blanche died on 26 April 1945.
