Frank Henry Kingzett and Emily Eliza Kingzett nee Hatwell
Frank Kingzett was born on 8 July 1868 in Cornwell, Oxfordshire, and baptised on 23 August. His surname is written as Kinzett in early documents, and only his mother Louisa is named on his baptismal record. When he married, his father's name is given as Charles Kinzett, a shepherd, though this would appear to be his grandfather, with whom Frank lived from early childhood.
Emily Eliza Hatwell was the second daughter of William Hatwell, a gardener, and Eliza Ann nee Sumner. She had two older half-brothers, born before her mother's marriage to William Hatwell; she was born on 28 July 1861 in Bladon, Oxfordshire, and sadly her mother, having produced two more children in 1864 and 1866, died when Emily was only seven, in 1868. Little is then known about the family until Emily's marriage to Frank Kinzett on 1 January 1891, at Cornwell in Oxfordshire.
Frank and Emily had a son and a daughter in their marriage, and by 1894, when their daughter Annie Louisa was born, the family surname had become Kingzett. By 1911, when son Harry, a glover, completed the census, they were living at Church Hanborough in Oxfordshire.
Frank died on 26 September 1930 and Emily on 26 August 1935. Her final place of residence was Radford Circle, Coventry.
