William Thomas Walton and Margaret Alice Walton nee Welch
William Thomas Walton was one of the five children of Thomas Edward Walton and his wife Elizabeth Jane nee Goodwin (see B2.3 ). He was born on 24 January 1898 and baptised at Stoneleigh on 6 March. His father was a well-known carpenter of Motslow Hill.

Margaret Alice Welch and in the 1939 register they were living with his parents, his trade being bricklaying. He died on 15 October 1964.
Margaret had been born in Kenilworth on 5 August 1906, the daughter of Lily Gertrude and George Frederick Welch, a housepainter. She was baptised on 19 September, her family living at Park Road. In 1911 they lived in Queens Road, Kenilworth.
Margaret died on 26 August 1969, her death being registered in Poole, Dorset. She was buried on 30 August.
