William John Parker was born in Stoneleigh on 27 May 1903 to parents Frank Parker and his wife Hannah Elizabeth Cox. The family lived at the Kennels Stoneleigh Abbey where Frank was a waggoner on the estate. William married Winifred Ethel Froom in Stoneleigh on 8 August 1939. He died in Warwickshire on 31 March 1992.
Winifred Ethel Froom was born on 23 August 1911 in Weymouth, Dorset to parents Robert John and Catherine Sarah Froom. Her father was employed as a bricklayer. She passed away on 13 April 1967 aged 55.
