Thomas Edward Brown was born in Monks Kirby on 23 June 1885. He married Beatrice Adelaide Maud Clarke in Nuneaton on 24 January 1910. A year later in 1911 he was living in Nuneaton with his father in law George Albert Clarke and mother in law Sarah. Thomas was a railway goods clerk and George was working as a railway engine driver. By now Thomas and Beatrice had a baby son, Reginald. Thomas died, living at Finham Green Road, Coventry in December 1984, aged 99.
Beatrice Adelaide Maud (nee Clarke) was born in Nuneaton on 16 February 1887 to George Albert Clarke and his wife Sarah. The large family lived in King Edward Road.
Beatrice died in 1967 aged 80.
