William Henry Dean was born on 12 July 1895 in Whitnash to James Henry and Caroline Dean nee Green. The family were living in Leamington Spa in 1911 with James working as a farm labourer. William married Frances Amy Parker on 28 March 1921 in Stoneleigh and they had one son, Eric Henry. William lived to be 88, dying on 19 November 1983.
Francis Amy Parker - always known as Amy - was born in Temple Balsall to parents Frank and Hannah Elizabeth Parker on 4 August 1897. She was christened in Temple Balsall on 3 October that year and was one of ten children born in the family. In 1911 they were living at The Kennels, Stoneleigh Abbey with Frank working as a waggoner on the estate, and Amy being the eldest of the five children living at home then. She passed away on 4 June 1967 aged 69.
