Grave photoHannah Enstone nee Adkins, Albert Enstone and their daughter Phyllis Line nee Enstone Hannah Enstone nee Adkins was born on 20 December 1868 in Cubbington, the daughter of George and Elizabeth nee Lake. She was baptised at Cubbington on 31 January 1869. She had eight siblings. By 1891 she was working as a servant at Park House, Snitterfield, and she married Albert Nicholas Enstone on 28 May 1898 at Stoneleigh, which was given as her place of residence. Three years later they were lodging in Lamb Street, Cubbington, with two sons; Albert was working as an engineer's labourer. They would go on to have six children altogether, and to live in Coventry. Aged 75 when she died on 9 April 1944, she was buried at Stoneleigh. Her last address was Biggin Hill Crescent in Coventry, although she was staying with a daughter in Shrubland Street Leamington when she died. Albert Nicholas Enstone was born in Ilmington on 18 June 1875, the son of William Enstone and Ann nee Hands. By 1891 he was a gardener's apprentice in Shipston and by the time of his marriage seven years later, he was a gardener living in Coventry. In the 1939 register he is described as incapacitated, and he died on 20 August 1951 in Nuneaton. Their daughter Phyllis was born on 9 February 1909 in Coventry. She married Albert Stanley Line in 1931, in Coventry, and by the 1939 register they were living in Rugby Road Leamington where Albert was a works manager. He died in 1960 at the Palm Beach Hotel Falmouth, having moved to Sidmouth. Phyllis died in May 1995.
