Joseph and Jemima Adcock nee Phillips
Joseph Adcock was born in Fillongley and was baptised there on 2 October 1800. His parents were John Adcock and his wife Mary nee Moggs who were farmers there. Joseph married Jemima Phillips in Stoneleigh on 18 May 1826. By the time of the 1851 Census they were living at Tocil House with 10 children and 3 servants. Joseph died at Tocil on 25 April 1858 and was buried at Stoneleigh on 29 April aged 57 years.
Jemima Adcock was born Jemima Phillips to parents William and Mary Phillips, and was christened at Stoneleigh on 20 November 1801. She died at Tocil on 29 November 1856 aged 55 years and was buried on 4 December.
