The grave next to Thomas Phillips (B13.4) commemorates Joseph Phillips, but it is difficult to know whether they were relatives. His tombstone records that he died on 27 February 1826; he was buried on 3 March 1826 aged 34, the register giving his residence as Milverton. Burial at Stoneleigh obviously suggests a connection here, however. N.B. at B12.8 another tombstone records a Phillips burial, but the stone is too weathered to decipher anything further.
